Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Omashu Wellness website and services. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms. Omashu Wellness is operated by a sole practitioner based at ekah yoga studio, Kendal House, Donkey Mews, Hove, BN3 1AW.
Services
Omashu Wellness provides massage therapy services including full body massage, neck/shoulder/back massage, focused area massage, session bundles, and gift cards. All treatments are provided by a qualified massage therapist. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking.
Booking and Payment
Bookings are made through Calendly or by contacting me directly. Payment is required at the time of booking or at the session, depending on the treatment. Prices are listed on the Services page and may be updated from time to time. I reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.
Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, deposits, bundles, and gift cards.
Client Responsibilities
By booking a session, you agree to:
- Provide accurate health and medical information before your first session and update me on any changes
- Arrive on time for your appointment
- Inform me immediately if you feel unwell on the day of your appointment
- Treat the practitioner, the space, and other studio users with respect
- Follow any reasonable instructions given during the session
Health Disclosures
It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or health concerns that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety and suitability of your massage.
Right to Refuse or End a Session
I reserve the right to refuse service or end a session at any time if:
- I believe continuing would be unsafe for you or for me
- Behaviour is inappropriate, threatening, or disrespectful
- You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Health information suggests massage is contraindicated
In such cases, a refund may be given at my discretion.
Liability
Omashu Wellness takes all reasonable care to provide safe, professional treatments. However, I am not liable for any adverse reactions, injury, or discomfort arising from treatment where accurate health information was provided and appropriate care was taken. If you experience any unexpected symptoms after a session, please seek medical advice and let me know.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Omashu Wellness website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Omashu Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
Relationship with ekah yoga studio
Omashu Wellness is an independent practice based within ekah yoga studio. We share the space but operate as separate businesses. ekah yoga is not responsible for the services, policies, or liabilities of Omashu Wellness, and vice versa.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
