Full Body Massage
A comprehensive head-to-toe treatment that addresses your whole body. I'll blend techniques based on what your body needs that day — working through areas of tension, easing tight muscles, and helping you fully unwind. Whether you want deep therapeutic work or gentle relaxation, this session adapts to you.
General tension, stress relief, overall wellbeing, recovery from a busy period, or simply giving your body the attention it deserves.
Neck, Shoulder & Back
Focused upper body work for the areas that carry the most tension. Ideal if you spend long hours at a desk, carry stress in your shoulders, or get tension headaches. I'll work methodically through your neck, shoulders, upper and lower back to release tightness and restore ease.

Focused Area Massage
Concentrated work on a specific area that needs extra attention. Perfect for a persistent knot, a recovering injury, or a trouble spot that won't let go. This shorter session lets us go deep on what matters most to you right now.

Packages & Gift Cards
3-Session Bundle
Build on each session's progress with a package of three. Massage works best as a regular practice — a bundle helps you commit to your wellbeing and save at the same time. Sessions can be used for any treatment type.
