Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice. You can do this through your Calendly booking confirmation email or by emailing omashuwellness@gmail.com.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged. I understand that unexpected things happen — if you're facing an emergency, please get in touch and I'll do my best to find a fair solution.
No-Shows
If you don't attend your appointment without giving notice, the full session fee will be charged. If you're running late, please let me know — I may still be able to accommodate you, though the session may need to be shortened.
Deposits
For certain bookings, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your session. If you cancel within the required notice period, your deposit will be refunded in full. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Session Bundles
Session bundles (e.g., 3-session packages) are non-refundable once purchased. Individual sessions within a bundle can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Bundles are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Bundles are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are transferable — you may pass them to another person. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions booked using gift cards are subject to the same cancellation policy.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule via your Calendly confirmation email, or by emailing omashuwellness@gmail.com.
