Our Commitment

Omashu Wellness is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where every body is respected and cared for. I want everyone who visits to feel comfortable, safe, and valued.

The Space

Omashu Wellness is based at ekah yoga studio, which is located on the first floor of Kendal House, Donkey Mews, Hove. The studio is accessed via a staircase. Unfortunately, there is currently no step-free access, lift, or wheelchair access to the treatment room. I recognise this is a significant limitation and I'm sorry if it prevents you from visiting.

The Massage Table

The massage table has a working weight limit of 190 kg (approximately 30 stone). If you have any questions about whether the table will be suitable for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch — I'm happy to discuss this openly and without judgement.

Inclusivity

Omashu Wellness welcomes clients of all genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, body types, sizes, ages, ethnicities, abilities, and backgrounds. You do not need to look, move, or be a certain way to deserve care. Everyone is treated with equal respect and professionalism.

Communication

Your comfort matters. If you have any specific needs, preferences, or concerns — whether related to physical access, sensory sensitivities, communication preferences, or anything else — please let me know before or during your visit. I'll always do my best to accommodate you.
